Martha Romero is a self-directed safety professional with comprehensive accomplishments leading strategic safety management across multiple departments, functions, and levels. Demonstrated success in leveraging technology advances to develop and execute robust safety programmes to achieve organisational objectives.

She brings her experience in commercial aviation from working directly with airlines in the UK.  She has also successfully supported small operators with initiatives to improve their management system.

Her experience dealing with the regulator will help you to understand the different requirements of your organisation and her problem-solving skills will ensure a suitable and cost-effective solution is proposed to accommodate your company's needs.

Martha also has a wealth of experience in Flight data Monitoring and Human Factors investigations. She holds a master’s degree in Human Factors and Safety Assessments in Aeronautics from Cranfield University.
